How fit do I need to be?Fat2Fire "Workout for Hope" training session will be a fun and challenging for all participants. Participants can go at their own pace based on their current fitness levels. Matt will be with you the whole session to help modify each exercise if needed. We encourage all participants to HAVE FUN and enjoy the experience and realize the goal is move the body, sweat a little bit, meet some new people and be part of helping a good cause.

What will happen on the day of the event?Day of the Event
- Arrive at 7:30am
- Sign-In at Front Desk
- Receive T-Shirt
- Introduction & Warm-Up at 7:50am
- Workout @ 8am – 8:40am
- Yoga/Stretch @ 8:45am-9am
- Closing with Michelle Gannon – Founder of Mary’s Place! 9am-9:10am
